Cleaning equipment cost per clean calculator
Direct answer: equipment cost per clean = purchase price ÷ expected lifetime cleans, plus annual maintenance ÷ cleans per year. For equipment costing 1,200 that lasts 600 cleans, with 120 a year in maintenance and 200 cleans a year, the cost is 2.00 per clean for the purchase plus 0.60 per clean for maintenance — 2.60 per clean in total. This calculator does arithmetic only, not tax or legal advice. It spreads the purchase price evenly over the expected lifetime cleans and assumes maintenance is the same every year; a machine that breaks early or needs a major repair costs more per clean than this estimate.
